Exhibit Link, Inc. is a full-service trade show exhibit design and fabrication company based in Monterey Park, CA. Since 2004, we have built thousands of booths for clients at trade shows all over the country. Our attention to service and quality has made us an industry leader. With our wide range of products, we are sure we can assist you in having a smooth and successful show within your budget. 

About Our Process


Once you reserve your space at a trade show, contact our design team to figure out how you can best display your products while staying within your budget. We send over 3D renderings to scale of how your booth will look like. This service is free of charge, we only send a bill if you sign with us. Get your free design and quote today!


Our specialized team of contractors build the finalized design in house and send progress photos along the way. If you happen to be local, we welcome scheduled visits to get a preview of your booth before the show. Then, we package everything and ship it off to the show.


 Our team arrives on the target move in date to start setting up. We will have everything ready for you so when you arrive, we can assist you with setting up your products and/or technology.  We don't leave until you are happy and ready for the trade show. After the show is over, you can go home! We will come back to dismantle the booth and see you for your next trade show.
